Choose the quote type. Each type has its own internal service/device price list, while salesperson details and company branding remain shared.
Add at least one site photo. Use the camera or choose an existing image. Additional photos are optional and can be added where they help explain the scope. Photos are compressed on the phone for reliable saving and proposal generation.
Pricing is automatic: enter the number of devices or treatment units, then select the service frequency. The app applies the configured device fee and service fee and calculates the monthly amount.
Tick the inclusions that apply, edit the wording, or add another inclusion.
Applies once to the combined commercial services completed at the same frequency. It does not apply to termite or bird-work quotes.
Applied once per termite quote when Installation + Annual Program or Annual Program Only is selected. The station tier uses the combined number of station devices in the quote.
The selected salesperson’s name, title, email and mobile appear on every proposal as the customer’s approval contact.
The business name, address and website remain fixed. The phone number and email in the footer automatically come from the salesperson selected on each quote.

Setup is charged once; Service is charged per visit unless the frequency is One-off. Termite annual-program fees are controlled separately in App Settings and are applied once per termite proposal.
